We were live to Lanzarote to speak to Louise - "Neil, Myself, my husband & 2 kids are amongst the many stranded out here in Lanzarote that you are talking to.
Neil was also speaking to other Cork families who are stranded there since yesterday when their Aer Lingus flight never took off. Mum Maria says it's a disaster and they are not getting any answers.
We spoke to Michelle whose beloved sister Margaret died of cancer last week.
