Calls For New Anti-Bullying Campaign
There are calls for Ireland to roll out an anti-bullying campaign that’s running in the UK. The Beat Bullying campaign engages young people in peer-to-peer support in daily life and in online activities. The idea is to encourage them to help one another to identify any bullying that might be taking place and then to tackle it. The Fine Gael MEP Sean Kelly says Ireland would benefit enormously from such a scheme.
