Cork residents association reserve right to return to court if lives are disturbed by anti-social behaviour
It's after the High Court overturned a District Court Decision against a Cork landlord yesterday.
The Irish Examiner reports the order to implement noise management measures against Fachtna O'Reilly was quashed after High Court Judge Mr Justice Charles Meenan said Judge Olann Kelleher's District Court decision last summer has been 'beyond his authority, irrational and lacking in jurisdiction.'
The original order was made after residents took a case against Fachtna O'Reilly citing the noise being made by tenants hosting late-night parties in the area around UCC.
