Courtmacsherry Added To Wild Atlantic Way

The seaside town of Courtmacsherry has been added to the Wild Atlantic Way.

The West Cork town has welcomed the inclusion, and is hoping it will provide an economic boost to the area.

The Wild Altantic Way has been hailed a success since it was launched in 2014, with thousands of tourists travelling the route.

Failte Ireland has also agreed to look at including the Seven Heads Peninsula on the route from 2019.
