EU set to agree to a further Brexit delay at a summit in Brussels tomorrow.

The EU says it'll agree to a further Brexit delay at a summit in Brussels tomorrow.

But a draft document says there will be a cut-off date.

It also says the UK will have to take part in European elections in May if Britain hasn't finalised its withdrawal deal by then.

Earlier, Theresa May held talks with the French and German leaders, hoping they'll support a delay.
