Gardaí fine 30 people including group who travelled to the city from Kerry to attend a house party
Officers were alerted to a party at a rented house in the area around UCC on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning.
The Echo reports they discovered many of the people in the house had travelled from Kerry to attend the house party.
People who attend an indoor gathering can be fined €150, while the fine for those organising a gathering is €500.
Gardaí are asking people not to gather indoors during the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend and say they will be conducting a number of high visibility checkpoints throughout the city and county.
