Gardai Say They Are Treating Death Of Man In West Cork As Suspicious

Gardai in Cork are continuing to investigate the death of a man in his late 40s whose body was found at a house in Skibbereen this morning.
Gardai say they are treating the death of the English national - who had been living in west Cork for many years - as suspicious.
Emergency services were contacted by the man's partner who was with him at the house they were renting on High Street.
The man has a number of injuries but gardai have not discounted the possibility that he may have fallen and are hoping the post-mortem will establish exactly how he died.
