Government Called To Take In Extra €3 Billion Per Year In Taxation

There's a call on the government to take in an extra €2.5-3 billion per year in taxation.

Social Justice Ireland's putting forward the new tax take target, in its Socio-Economic Review released today. 

It says to tackle housing, healthcare, childcare and public transport, Ireland's tax-take must increase gradually towards the European average.
