Man (30s) arrested following robbery at a shop in Charleville

Gardaí in Mallow received a report that a man had entered a shop in the town and walked behind the counter to steal cash from the till at around 3pm.
A description of the man was circulated to Gardaí in the area and a car was stopped in Charleville a short time later.
The car was searched and a sum of money was seized.
The man was arrested and brought to Mallow Garda Station.
He's due in court in the town on June 8th
