Medical Card Prescription Fees To Be Cut in Budget
Prescription charges for medical card holders are set to be cut in the budget.
It's reported the controversial fee will be capped at €20 a month a reduction of €5.
According to the Irish Independent its the first step in phasing out the charge in the lifetime of this Government.
As it currently stands medical card holders pay €120 each year in prescription fees.
