A mental health campaigner in Cork says it's unacceptable that some mental health units are lacking in hygiene
Kathleen Lynch, former Mental Health Minister for Cork City's Northside is reacting calls made by the Mental Health Commission who says the government need to urgently invest in bringing psychiatric units up to standard
It says some of these units are dirty and in disrepair with some facilities having just one shower shared between 20 people.
