O'Callaghan Properties Reach Conditional Agreement To Buy 31 Acres Of Land At South Docklands
The €47.5 million deal with agri-services group Origin Enterprises includes the historic red brick Odlums building and R&H Hall grain silo.
Origin Enterprises say the deal is subject to a number of conditions including the granting of various permissions and the relocation of the groups existing business.
The Ireland 2040 plan set out plans for the transformation of the docklands including housing, office developments and a light rail station.
