Thousands of ESB Customers in Cork Without Power Following Strong Winds

Over 2000 ESB customers in Cork have been left without power this morning following strong winds from Strom Hannah
The ESB says 32,000 customers nationwideare without power after gusts of over 150 km per hour.
The worst hit areas in Cork are Rathmore with over 600 households and businesses affected Kanturk and foxhole.
A red weather alert for Clare has ended, while status orange wind warnings for Galway, Cork, Kerry and Limerick are also over.
However, a yellow wind alert remains in place for most of the rest of the country until 9 o'clock this morning.
ESB spokesperson, Paul Hand, has this warning for customers today:
