Gavin James takes to the stage tonight at Live At The Marquee

If you need to brush up on your Gavin James info before you head to the gig tonight, you've come to the right place!

Gavin is 24 years old and was born in Dublin.

He independently released his single “Say Hello” in 2013 which won the Meteor Choice Music Award for best song.

His Live In Whelan’s (Dublin) album was released in 2015 which grew his profile greatly helping to secure that debut album. The debut studio album in question is called Bitter Pill and was released in 2015 featuring singles such as For You, Nervous and title track Bitter Pill.

Spotify have named him as a “Spotify Spotlight Artist of 2016” alongside the likes of Jack Garratt and Frances to name but a few. A great accolade!

Gavin supported Ed Sheeran in Croke Park last year during his sell out shows. He has also supported Sam Smith on a US tour! In fact the band that will be backing up Gavin tonight in the Marquee are musicians from Sam Smith's band!

Has performed on TV shows such as James Corden’s Late Late Show as well as Jimmy Kimmel Live in Hollywood.

Gavin is signed to Capitol Records in LA and to Sony in Europe

Video production studio Feel Good Lost from Cork aka Brendan Canty & Conal Thompson who previously directed Hozier’s Take Me To Church video also directed Gavin's video for “For You”.

His Live At The Marquee gig & 3Arena in December are his biggest headline gigs to date.

It is Gavin James' first time playing Live At The Marquee and will be supported by Craig Gallagher and Picture This.
