Nathan Carter plays Live At The Marquee tonight - here's your guide!

Nathan Carter was born in Liverpool in 1990 to Northern Irish parents. At the age of four, Carter picked up the accordion for the first time and by age 10 he had won the All-Ireland title for traditional singing.

Nathan moved to Ireland at the age of 18 and started working his way around the country music scene in the country. 

He released his debut album, the aptly named Starting Out in 2007 and has been credited for reviving the Irish country music scene.

Nathan Carter shot to fame with his cover of Wagon Wheel which appeared on his 2012 album of the same name which peaked at number 6 in the Irish charts.

Carter's next album, Where I Wanna Be, released in 2013 shot to the top of the Irish charts with his popularity continually growing around the country.

He then released an extremely popular Christmas album before his 2015 album Beautiful Life which reached poll position in the Irish charts. His most recent album, Stayin Up All Night,  released earlier this year also reached number one in the Irish chart.

Nathan has also released a handful of live albums including one recorded at Live At The Marquee as well as an accompanying DVD for the Cork gig!

At the recent Irish Country Music Awards Nathan Carter took home two awards - he was voted Live Act Of The Year, while his smash hit Wagon Wheel was voted Ireland's All Time Favourite Country Music Song by public vote.

Nathan is playing his third Live At The Marquee concert tonight.
