Cork People Reveal What Celebrity They Want To Whisper Sweet Nothings In Their Ear On Valentines Day!

Healthcare group Hidden Hearing commissioned a survey to promote the conversation of love ahead of February 14.
Ariana Grande and Bradley Cooper are the celebrities who Cork people most want to whisper sweet nothings in their ear for Valentine’s Day, a new study reveals.
“Good communication is key to a successful relationship but that can be a struggle when one person is in denial about their hearing loss,” says MD Stephen Leddy.
“Studies show Irish people wait up to five years before seeking help with their hearing. That’s a long time to suffer in silence.”
The Hidden Hearing survey of 371 adults across Ireland, with a 50/50 split between men and women, asked respondents which celebrity they would most like to whisper sweet nothings in their ear.
In Cork, Ariana Grande was the most popular female celeb with 14% f the vote while Bradley Cooper was top for men, also with 14%.
Nationwide, Hollywood beauty Angelina Jolie pouted her way to victory with 19% of the vote, followed by Colin Farrell and Bradley Cooper (each with 11%), Ariana Grande (10%) and Chris Hemsworth (9%).
Idris Elba and Beyonce received 7% each while Kim Kardashian’s curves were not as popular as you’d expect with just 4% of Irish folk wanting to cosy up to the reality star on February 14.
“We think Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to get people to open up about their hearing difficulties,” declares Hidden Hearing MD Stephen Leddy.
“A delay in seeking treatment not only has an impact on a person’s mental health, as hearing loss contributes to social isolation, but also on their physical wellbeing.
“Medical research indicates that untreated hearing loss can mean a higher risk of heart problems, stroke, diabetes and dementia.”
