If You're Heading To Guns 'n' Roses In Slane You Need To Read This Important Information
Guns 'n' Roses are set to play Slane Castle on May 27th.
Organisers of the event have released important information ahead of the gig which will see tens of thousands descend on the Meath village.
Gates to the concert will open at 2pm with Otherkin kicking off the show at 3:30pm followed by Mark Lanegan, Royal Blood and of course headliners Guns 'n' Roses.
There will be increased security at the event therefore those attending are being advised to leave sufficient time in order to get into the venue.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at the concert and no queuing is permitted before 2pm.
There will be limited ATM services on site so it is advised you take out any cash you need prior to entering the arena as food and drinks from outside the venue is not allowed in to the concert.
As we all know, Irish weather can be unpredictable so attendees are advised to be prepared, so wellies are a must as well as ponchos as umbrellas are not permitted.
Other items not allowed on site include iPads, garden furniture, GoPros or any cameras with a detachable lens, Chinese lanterns and selfie sticks among the list.
There is an app available to download for the event that includes transport information and other FAQ's regarding the day.
