I'm A Celebrity Filming Delayed As Ant McPartlin Recovers After Rehab
Filming for I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here has been postponed as host Ant McPartlin continues to recover from his rehab stay.
Ant and his co-host Declan Donnelly were due to film a big budget promo for the reality show this Friday at London's Pinewood Studios but McPartlin is still in Los Angeles with his agent Paul Worsley recuperating following a stint at a rehab centre earlier in the year after admitting a problem with prescription drugs.
A source told The Sun "It would have been the first day filming but with Ant away, there is no way they could get started."
"He's gone to get away from the spotlight. He's in recovery and it's important he has time and space. Paul's gone to provide support. He is one of his closest friends."
The new series of the show is due to begin next month in Australia.
