Nadine Coyle Set For Role In Derry Girls
Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle says she could be appearing in the next season of Derry Girls.
The singer says she's a big fan of Lisa McGee's new show on Channel 4 which started in January.
The show has become a huge hit since it appeared on screens and Nadine being a native Derry woman would be an obvious cameo appearance for the show.
Speaking to the Irish Daily Star, Nadine said: "Yes I'm going to speak to the writer about that.
"I'm going to call Lisa today actually, we're sorting something out for the next series."
"It's based on the same school I went to, the same Catholic school, so we have loads of similar experiences.
"I loved the first series so I'd love to do something for the second."
