TV Personality Arrested for Alleged Murder
According to the BBC the Arrest Warrant was issued in the Netherlands relating to a murder charge.
Former Eggheads panellist CJ de Mooi has been arrested at Heathrow airport on suspicion of murder.
The tv personality, whose real name is Joseph Connagh will appear in Westminster Magistrates' Court this Thursday.
In his autobiography he admits to punching a man who approached him with a knife and threw him into a canal in 1988.
The 46-year-old was one of the original Egghead panellists, joining the quiz show in 2003 before leaving in 2011 in order to pursue an acting career.
