WATCH: Niall Horan Releases First Solo Song
The Mullingar man has finally made his solo debut!
Following on from the One Direction hiatus, our very own Niall Horan has been slaving away behind the scenes working on his solo material.
Fans were sent into a frenzy when it was confirmed that Horan had signed a solo deal, taking a leaf out of the book of fellow group members Zayn Malik, Harry Styles and Liam Payne who have all signed the dotted line as individual artists.
Now the wait is finally over and we have the first song from Niall. The track called This Town was recorded live and filmed in Capitol Records in Hollywood in one take. We hear a simple acoustic version of the song in the video which bears a striking similarity to the Ed Sheeran penned - One Direction released Little Things.
The power of the One Direction fans has certainly come into effect with the song already number one in over 50 countries!
The Irish native tweeted news of the song.
