WATCH: Paul Mescal teaches Stephen Colbert how to do an Irish accent

Normal People's Paul Mescal appeared on A Late Show with Stephen Colbert and did a crash course on how to do an Irish accent.
Mescal taught the host the importance of the use of "-ars" in words, such as car and far, when trying an authentic Irish accent.
The Kildare native found it difficult to keep a straight face when the presenter tried his hand at attempting an Irish lilt.
He also spoke to Mescal about some of the more risqué scenes we witnessed in Normal People.
