Watch The Trailer for Michael Fassbender as Steve Jobs
The extended trailer for the upcoming movie has been released.
A few weeks ago a teaser trailer for the Steve Jobs biopic was released. In this teaser, Jobs did not speak, instead all we could hear were voices of his peers talking about Jobs' character and what Apple were creating as a reflective looking Steve Jobs stood on a stage.
This time around, an extended trailer has been released by Universal Pictures which has Jobs speaking. It portrays the Apple founder as passionate about the business and what it is making despite criticism from his co-workers. It's hard to know whether or not the movie will be any good but judging on the trailer and Michael Fassbender's depiction of the former CEO, even though he bears no physical resemblance to him, it seems we're in for a treat.
It is a miracle the movie even got as far as releasing a trailer with the project changing directors, studios, and actors. The movie will show what was happening within the company around the times of three major releases for the tech giant - the Macintosh, NeXT, and the iMac.
The film is directed by Danny Boyle, who won the an Oscar in 2008 for Slumdog Millionaire. Seth Rogen, Kate Winslet, and Jeff Daniels also appear in the movie as Steve Wozniak, Joanna Hoffman and John Sculley respectively.
Steve Jobs will be in cinemas from October 9th, 2015.
