WATCH: The Trailer For The New Mummy Movie Looks Epic!
The trailer for the latest installment of The Mummy movies has been released and it's definitely going to be a hit!
Tom Cruise stars in the action packed thriller along with Annabelle Wallis (upcoming King Arthur, television’s Peaky Blinders), Jake Johnson (Jurassic World), Courtney B. Vance (TV’s American Crime Story: The People V. O.J. Simpson) and Oscar winner Russell Crowe (Gladiator).
Though safely entombed in a crypt deep beneath the unforgiving desert, an ancient princess whose destiny was unjustly taken from her is awakened in our current day, bringing with her malevolence grown over millennia, and terrors that defy human comprehension.
The massive reboot of the Mummy movies sees plenty of drama and tension when the plane carrying the crypt crashes after a flock of birds attack the military jet. We then see Tom Cruise awakening in a morgue, unfazed, possibly meaning that it's happening to him before?
We'll have to wait and see on June 9th 2017 when it is released in cinemas.
