Roy Keane to be confirmed as Nottingham Forest's Assistant Manager
Roy Keane will be confirmed as Nottingham Forest's assistant manager today.
The Mayfield man was at Forest's training ground this morning, and will be announced as Martin O'Neill's assistant at some stage today.
The former Ireland assistant manager had been contemplating an offer since O'Neill took charge at the City Ground two weeks ago, and watched Forest's 3-1 win at home to Wigan Athletic over the weekend.
The 47 year old spent three years at Forest after signing from Cobh Ramblers in the summer of 1990.
