Pick of the Week: AMIN "Count To Ten - Green on Red

Hey it’s Conor - My Green On Red, Pick of The Week comes from Ireland’s exciting new Dance duo ANIM

Made up of Darren Rice and legendary producer Mark McCabe ‘Count To Ten’ is the debut release from ANIM that blends acoustic riffs with a soaring vocal and a floor-filling bassline. In any other year this track would be the anthem of festivals and nightclubs right around the country!

On creating the single, Radio Presenter and Club DJ, Darren Rice says:

‘Count To Ten’ first came about following a pretty incredible moment for me watching the sunrise at Burning Man festival in the middle of the Black Rock desert in Nevada. I was working on a demo of it here and there for about 3 years. I thought it really had potential but needed someone with both underground & commercial sensibilities to give it a bit of a scrub & gleam to get it to where it needed to be. Once Mark entered the picture, it came together pretty quickly.”
