Darian spoke ahead of the ‘New Local Hero’ final in The Academy Dublin. Part of Irish Music Month, run across 25 different Irish radio stations in association with Hotpress Magazine and the IBI, Darian is one of 6 shortlisted artists in line to win a €10,000 bursary. Darian talks about the build up to the event in the Academy, as well as about how herself and the other shortlisted artists took part in a photo shot and received mentoring from industry professionals and musicians.
