Danny and Ewan - The 10 Year Break Up

They had an excellent working relationship knocking out Movie after Movie but then Danny dropped Ewan for Leonardo DiCaprio  when he directed  'The Beach' (Have you seen it? Watch it, excellent show) Ewan starred in Boyles first three movies 'Shallow Grave' ' Trainspotting' and 'A Life Less Ordinary' so he had presumed that the lead role relationship would continue. 

Speaking on the Graham Norton Show, Danny said he 'handled it pretty bad' and as a result, the two did not speak for 10 years.
