Daniel chats about a new six part series which commenced on RTE 1 Weds 06th July. It consists of chef Paul Flynn exploring food trucks throughout the country.
It is sponsored by Kerrygold and produced by Aperture media, a Cork company that was set up in 2011.
The series was filmed in the summer of 2021, with each episode looking at 3 food trucks with a different dish in each episode, which will aim at inspiring Paul to cook up a feast at his Kitchen in Dungarvan.
