Ray and his band Two Time Polka will be performing at Spraoi in Waterford this weekend.
They are an eclectic band playing music from all around the world.
Ray and Two Time Polka have been going to the famous street arts festival for years.
Featuring Street Theatre and Comedy throughout the streets of Waterford on the Friday and Saturday, ending with a parade on Sunday.
