Sophie talks to Dave about Kudos' new single Fragile thoughts which is based on a dream where you feel like you can do anything you want and a feeling of invincibility.
Then waking up to the realisation that it's not quite that straightforward in reality.
They were also involved in an event which was held in their hometown of Ballycotton. The Ballycotton Sessions goes out this Thursday,Kudos have recorded a behind the scenes series for every episode.
