LeisureWorld Bishopstown has a gym that encourages all levels of fitness enthusiasts from the complete beginner to the elite athlete
The main Gym has both C.V equipment which incorporates treadmills, cross trainers and bikes and also has a dedicated weights area – including new plate loaded Technogym equipment.
The rest of our gym is also decked with top of the range Technogym equipment. The Crossover machine (as seen above) will get your entire body moving. Your arms and legs will need to work together allowing you to burn up to 160 calories in just 20 minutes. In conjunction with the HSE we now also provide rehabilitation advice for people who have previously suffered from a cardiac / heart problem.
With three swimming pools we have swimming all day every day in either our 18m, 25m or fun on every weekend.
