Terms and Conditions

  • Prize is for entry to the Final of the RedFM New York & Vegas Promotion
  • The final will take place on 24th March and finalists must make their way to the venue at their own expense

 

  • The Prize includes;
    • Flights for 2 - (a) Dublin to New York, (b) New York to Las Vegas, (c) Las Vegas to Dublin
    • 3 nights in New York’s Beacon Hotel
    • 2 x New York City Passes
    • 4 nights in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
    • An evening helicopter ride of the Las Vegas Strip
    • A Multitrip.com Annual Travel Insurance Policy
    • $1000 spending money

 

  • In relation to the Flights, Hotels and all other elements of the prize are subject to availability.
  • Prize must be redeemed and booked by the winner within 14 days of winning. If the details of the winner are not received within 14 days of the prize been given, the prize will be terminated.
  • Travel must be taken between April 2016 & February 2017.
  • Travel blackout periods include, but are not limited to, School Midterm Breaks, July and August, the Christmas period (15th Dec 2016 to 04th January 2017), the 5th to 8th of 2017, Valentine’s Weekend 2017, the Easter period 2017 and all Bank Holiday weekends.
  • Prize consists of one pair of Economy class tickets from Dublin to New York, one pair of Economy class tickets from New York to Las Vegas & one pair of Economy class tickets from Las Vegas to Dublin.
  • Flights are from Dublin or Cork Airport subject to availability
  • The hotel stays are on a bed only basis.
  • Multitrip.com Travel Insurance Policy is an Annual Worldwide Premier Policy for 2 people.
  • Competition is open to Irish residents only.
  • Entrants and the accompanying passenger must be aged 21 years or older. Both passengers must travel together.  
  • Any requested upgrades or changes to the stated holiday prize will be at the winner's own expense.
  • Prize is non-transferable, will only be awarded to the winner and both passengers must travel together.
  • Failure to avail of this trip for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates stated in this document, does not entitle the winner to an alternative holiday or a cash prize.
  • Failure to avail of this trip for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates stated in this document will result in the winner forfeiting the prize.
  • No date changes will be accepted after the booking has been made.
  • Prize money is payable to the prize winner only, as part of this overall prize. The prize must be accepted as a whole or will be forfeited in its entirety.
  • Prize does not include airport transfers.
  • Income taxes (if any) paid on the value of this prize, or any other applicable surcharges, shall be the responsibility of the winner, parent or legal guardian.
  • Winner and accompanying persons must obtain all visas, permissions and are solely responsible for any special visa requirements and medical vaccinations/other recommended medical requirements.
  • Visa fees apply for EU passport holders and winner must pay these fees themselves.
  • Winner and guest must hold valid passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date for the trip).
  • Winner and guest are solely responsible for completing all documentation (electronic or other) required in advance of travel/entry and are solely responsible for paying any associated fees.
  • Winner and guest are solely responsible for any duty which must be paid on goods purchased abroad upon their return to Ireland.
  • It is recommended that you contact your local GP or a travel doctor for advice on vaccinations and travel health. Any costs incurred as a result will be at the winners’ own expense.
  • Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, meals, room service, excursions, airport transfer etc.) will be at the winner's own expense.
  • Initial Names given as prize-winners cannot be changed, names must be furnished as per passport. Any additional changes or charges as a result of name changes after the prize has been booked will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
  • The competition winner agrees to promotional photo shoot and for usage of such in various promotional materials required.

  • This prize excludes Tour America & Multitrip.com employees and their immediate families, their agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
