140 Ryanair staff 'poached' by rival airline Norwegian Air
The airline is facing ongoing problems around staff recruitment and retention
It's believed these issues are being blamed for the unprecedented cancellations by the Irish airline.
Meanwhile Ryanair share prices have dropped three per cent on the markets this morning.
