145 New Student Beds Are In the Pipeline For Cork
New accommodation is to be built a one acre site on the Farranlea Road
Global real estate investment specialists Round Hill and NBK Capital are behind the construction of the new accomodation.
The investment comes as the Government is looking at ways to protect students in Cork from large rent hikes.
