15 people taken to hospital after school bus crash in Limerick

Gardaí are at the scene of a school bus crash in Co Limerick.
The bus and a car crashed at around half past 8 this morning on the R513 near the village of Caherconlish.
It's understood that 58 students were on board and the vehicle ended up in a field at Connolly’s Cross.
Emergency services are at the scene. It's been reported that there are several injuries, however the extent of the injuries sustained in the incident are not yet known.
A helicopter is en route to the scene and extra fire fighters are also attending the scene.
At least 15 poeple have been brought to hospital.
