20,000 Unstamped Cigarettes Seized In Fermoy

20,000 unstamped cigarettes have been seized in Fermoy over the weekend.
Revenue officials made the seizure as part of an intelligence led operation on Saturday.
30 litres of alcohol and a car were also seized during the operation.
The value of the goods seized is €12,600 and represents a loss to the exchequer of €9,800.
A man aged in his 40's and a woman in her thirties from Lithuania were questioned.
