38 Year Old Hungarian Man Arrested Following €140,000 Drugs Seizure In West Cork
Officers from the West Cork Divisional Drugs Unit arrested the man when they searched a car in Ballinhassig last night
Gardaí found half a kilo of cocaine when the car was searched.
A further 1.5 kilos of cocaine was found in a follow up search of a house in the Bandon area.
The man is currently being questioned at Bandon Garda Station and can be held for up to 7 days.
Gardaí said the arrest followed an intelligence led operation into drug dealing in the West Cork area.
