A 55 year old man has been remanded on bail after he was charged this afternoon in connection with a €110,000 drugs seizure by gardai in Cork city yesterday.
Ronald McKenzie was brought before Cork District Court this afternoon where he was charged in relation to the discovery by gardai of 5.5 kilos of cannabis weed in a house on the Ballinlough Road.

Det Garda John Sheedy gave evidence of arrest, charge and caution and told the court that Ronald McKenzie made no reply to either charge when they were put to him after caution.
