62,567 Voters Will See Vote Transfer From County Council To City Council In This May’s Local Elections
The figure was revealed as the Final Register of Electors 2019/2020 was published for the extended city of Cork.
Cork City Council say there may yet be people who are not correctly identified on the register and all voters are being encouraged to check their details online at checktheregister.ie or by contacting City Hall.
Speaking to RedFM News Director of Services at Cork City Council David Joyce says a new interactive map available on the City Council's website will also help people to identify their electoral area:
