70% of HSE computer servers now unlocked

Almost three quarters of the HSE's computer servers have now been unlocked, after the recent cyber attack.
The HSE will also tell an Oireachtas committee today 70 per cent of computer devices are now available again.
But it's warning it will take months before systems are fully restored - and the attack will have 'human costs'.
Chief operations officer, Anne O'Connor, says outpatient appointments are still badly affected.
"Some appointments have returned. Critically we know that the east and the large voluntary hospitals weren't as impacted as other parts of the country.
"Sites are gradually returning, we're at about 50-60% of our capacity now.
"General outpatients and radiology outpatients are where we had our biggest problems - we're still significantly behind in our radiology appointments."
