80-Year-Old Rescued From The Sea In Youghal
An 80 year old is recovering after she was rescued from the sea in Youghal yesterday morning.
Emergency services and Youghal RNLI were alerted after the crew of a small fishing boat spotted the woman in difficulty at a beach close to Green Park at around twenty past nine.
The Irish Examiner reports that fire crews, Gardaí, the Coast Guard and the Ambulance attended the call.
The woman was taken to Cork University Hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
