85,400 passengers arrived in Ireland from overseas in May
CSO figures show that represented a 23% increase in the numbers arriving here in April
97,000 people travelled abroad last month, which was a third more than April.
Apart from Britain the most important routing countries for overseas travel were the Netherlands, Poland and Spain.
