87 Million Facebook Users Have Data Shared With Cambridge Analytica

Facebook has revealed 87 million users had their data improperly shared with Cambridge Analytica, far more than the 50 million previously thought.

 

The British company has been accused of harvesting details though a personality test on the site.

 

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg says the social network "clearly should have done more, and will going forward".

 

He took personal responsibility for the data breach in an interview overnight with CNBC:
