89 new families added to housing waiting list in April
89 new families and individuals were added to the housing waiting list in the City in April.
That's according to the latest housing figures which have been seen by RedFM News.
The figures also show that for every family or individual housed over four families were added to the housing waiting list.
Speaking to RedFM News Cllr Thomas Gould says the figures are spiraling out of control and the housing crisis is showing no signs of abating:
However Minister of State for Housing Damien English told RedFM News that the housing list is being tackled in Cork and the housing plan will deliver with time:
