9 Year Old Boy From Cork Has Settled His High Court Action Against The HSE For €5 Million

Evan Cullen from Church Road, Blackrock sued the HSE through his mother.
He sued the HSE over the circumstances of his birth at Cork University Maternity Hospital on the 11th of February 2009.
It was alleged the boy, who has cerebral palsy, had suffered a fracture to his skull and a brain injury when he was being delivered by forceps.
The HSE settled the case without an admission of liability
