98% Of Drivers In Urban Areas Break 30KM Per Hour Speed Limits

That's according to new figures from the Road Safety Authority
The Free Speed Study in the Sunday Business Post found one in four drivers on rural roads are also guilty of the offence.
The survey also revealed 68 percent of double decker buses, 72 percent of articulated trucks and 58 percent of rigid trucks broke the rules in a 30 zone.
Of the 16,600 vehicles monitored, more than half of all drivers were found to break the speed limit.
