A 51 Year Old Cork Man Has Been Remanded On Bail After He Pleaded Guilty To Drugs Offences

Gardaí and Customs officers seized €440,000 worth of drugs on the outskirts of Cork city last year.
Noel Motherway pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis resin and cannabis herb at Rathcooney on March 15th 2017 when he was arraigned at Cork Circuit Criminal Court.
Judge Sean O'Donnabhain was told he was receiving treatment for addiction issues and was seeking an adjournment to allow him to continue with the treatment.
The prosecution barrister said the state had no objection and Judge O'Donnabhain remanded the 51-year-old on bail to appear in court again on June 8th.
