A Cork East TD Is Calling For A Centralised System To Help With The Issue Of Secondary School Places In East Cork

The system would be similar to the CAO
David Stanton's comments come as concerns are raised that up to 100 East Cork students could be left without a secondary school place for the next academic year.
He told RedFM News it's an issue that affects East Cork pupils each year, with double-bookings in schools, and a lack of sufficient classroom places/extensions the main reasons behind the issue.
