A Plan By The Defence Forces To Bring Isis Bride Lisa Smith Back To Ireland Has Been Rejected By The Government
It was presented to Minister of State for Defence Paul Kehoe in April
The plan would have seen Ms Smith and her two-year-old child taken from a Syrian refugee camp by US military intelligence and escorted to Irish officials at the Jordanian border.
However, according to the Irish Times, the plan was rejected by the Government.
